沪电股份3月6日公告，公司全资子公司昆山沪利微电有限公司拟投资新建印制电路板生产项目及其配套设施，生产高层数、高频高速、高密度互连、高通流印制电路板。项目计划投资总额约55亿元，分三期实施。本项目全部达产后预计年新增工业产值约65亿元。
