办好中国的事情关键在党。改革开放以来，8亿多人摆脱贫困，我国强化中央统筹、省负总责、市县乡抓落实的工作机制，压紧压实各级党委和政府的责任，构建五级书记抓扶贫、抓巩固成果的有效机制。仅脱贫攻坚期间，全国就累计选派300多万名第一书记和驻村干部，他们同近200万名乡镇干部和数百万村干部扎根一线、苦干实干。
